Argus Medical Management is seeking a full-time Entry Level Assistant Project Coordinator / New Client On Boarding Coordinator who reports to the Executive Director.

The main responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the on boarding process for new physicians (single or a group) joining Argus. It will also include post boarding and off-boarding. Other responsibilities are to handle simple to complex types of projects at the direction of the Executive Director. This position interacts with various individuals or groups within and outside the organization, manages timelines, and completes basic to complex administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in learning processes and workflows and determining its practical applications for a physician practice. The candidate must be exceedingly well organized, detail-oriented, highly flexible, and open to challenges.

Background on Process or Workflow Management and Project Management (small or large scale experience) is preferred. Familiarity, not necessarily hands on experience, on running a physician private practice is an advantage.


  • In charge of on boarding new physicians, this will include post boarding
  • In charge of off boarding termed physicians
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare materials, packets, and presentations for Executive Director's meetings, senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings
  • Organize the logistics of on boarding meetings and other key internal meetings
  • Coordinate and distribute notes at management meetings as requested
  • Be friendly and personable while managing heavy communications and calendar scheduling (requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, clients, co-workers, and the general public) to coordinate various meetings


  • 1 -2 years of recent experience, healthcare experience an advantage
  • Experience in project management (small scale) / process or workflow management a plus
  • Familiarity with Physician Private Practice a plus
  • Ability to multitask/manage multiple projects
  • Strong organization and communication skills, follow-through discipline
  • Strong commitment to include goals and missions
  • Solid work ethic
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
