Job Description

Entry-level to mid-level position. Responsible for selling healthcare revenue integrity products and services to a nationwide market. Accountable for developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of SyMed's software platform and revenue integrity services.

Expectations and Task

  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to assist in organizing events that lead to client meetings and product promotions
  • Schedules and executes both online and in person demonstrations and trainings
  • Cold call and follow up on prospects and leads to local physicians, physician groups, mental health specialty facilities, and Non-emergency medical transportation companies
  • Travels and attends tradeshows and conferences interacting with key groups in the healthcare industry

  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be organized with respectable time management skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
