Job Description

Responsible for selling healthcare revenue cycle management services, medical billing and medical transportation software to a nationwide market. Accountable for developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of SyMed's software platform and revenue cycle management services and sustaining a resilient sales focus leading sofware demosntrations and successful sales. The fields of focus will be in primary care, government contracts, non-emergency medical transportation, oncology, as well as medical billing colleges.

Expectations and Tasks

  • Establishing and maintaining a quality client database by acquiring new business
  • Respond timely to all prospect inquiries and reporting all information into CRM system
  • Form agreements to propose products and services and close sales
  • Communicates directly with clients and their staff to understand a client's operation, develop additional services, advise on appropriate training and maximize their use of the software features
  • Identifies trends in healthcare and government impacting client's business or practice
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to assist in executing advertising campaigns, generate new business through outbound prospecting efforts and follow-up generated leads
  • Schedule and execute both online and in person demonstrations of the software
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of systems and processes
  • Travel and attend tradeshows and conferences interacting with key groups in the healthcare industry
  • Maintain awareness and keep well-informed of constantly changing software, services, and industry standards

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience in educating or influencing targeted prospects
  • Ability to navigate and network inside and outside organizations to decision makers
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment as well as independent
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or experience in customer-facing sales role or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Must be organized with respectable time management skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
