The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering exception new client implementation projects of varying size and complexity.  The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of creating projects from our templates, coordinating project documents and monitoring project progress under the direction of the Project Manager.  This role will act as a liaison between project teams, clients, operational groups and all authorities having jurisdiction over the projects and be a key member of the core team charged with the implementation of the provider solutions and services for our clients.  


  • Creates project based on client type and notify project manager task assignments are ready to be issued
  • Coordinates new client onboarding sessions
  • Schedules internal and client meetings in accordance with project plan
  • Prepares fined pros and completes action plans
  • Documents process changes or updates and stores documentation according to defined documentation storage protocols
  • Conducts risk assessment then communicates findings of procedural events that are negatively impacting internal service delivery, client outcomes or our ability to provide great customer services
  • Escalates risk assessment where appropriate
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships working collaboratively with cross functional team members on common initiatives and/or defined projects
  • Reviews active projects for past due task completion
  • Issues task notifications to team members daily to keep project on targeted timeline
  • Prepares client informational material include schedules, agenda, and essential instructions and contact lists
  • Provides project manager with summary reports and status updates on project activities including on schedule and past due tasks

  • 2 to 3 years of specific, applicable, and demonstrated project coordinator experience required
  • Experience in Health Care industry preferred
