This role has two primary responsibilities in supporting our sales and marketing team. First, this role assists with lead generation through inbound and outbound communication strategies to build the interest of buyers in the company's products and services.
Second, this role supports our marketing efforts by providing industry and marketing research results, assisting with outreach to publications and distribution channels, and developing online content collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role works with, and reports to, the Marketing Specialist.
Provides administrative support to the sales and marketing department by managing schedules, conducting research, preparing reports and performing clerical functions;
Assists with lead generation from all sources by identifying, researching and contacting potential sales prospects and maintaining accurate lead data in Salesforce;
Educates and engages potential prospects about the services provided by our company with use of existing digital marketing materials;
Develops and implements new and creative outreach strategies for attracting new sales leads including collaborating with partner content sites to assist with content distribution and building outbound links to grow website traffic;
Researches the competition and the markets of the company and customer to stay current of competitors, developments in competitive products, and changes in the market. Shares information with sales team as necessary.
Assists with research, creation, development and maintenance of internal and external content;
Contributes to online content strategies through regular research of keywords and industry trends;
Assist in the creation, planning, and scheduling of routine social media posts; and
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of sales experience
1+ years of marketing experience
Knowledge of CRM, preferably SalesForce
Knowledge of marketing software, preferably HubSpot
Basic understanding of B2B digital marketing
Some experience in using social media for B2B and B2C purposes preferred
