Description

Seeking a Technical Customer Service oriented person to help support our clients with any hardware or software issues.  This position requires a detail oriented individual with strong customer services and communication skills.  You must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent computer skills, and attention to detail.  You must maintain a professional and respectful attitude in a fast paced work environment.  We require a minimum of 1 year in previous customer service position and Medical Software experience is a PLUS! 

Candidates will be required to work a 40 hour week M-F. Company provides a competitive salary, as well as 401K, Medical Insurance, and paid vacations.

Duties:

  1. Ability to learn, use, and support multiple software applications.
  2. Excellent problem solving skills.
  3. Communicate with customers via telephone to assist with customer computer issues or any other questions.
  4. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
