Seeking a Technical Customer Service oriented person to help support our clients with any hardware or software issues. This position requires a detail oriented individual with strong customer services and communication skills. You must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent computer skills, and attention to detail. You must maintain a professional and respectful attitude in a fast paced work environment. We require a minimum of 1 year in previous customer service position and Medical Software experience is a PLUS!
Candidates will be required to work a 40 hour week M-F. Company provides a competitive salary, as well as 401K, Medical Insurance, and paid vacations.
