  • Sales
    • Supports the Sales as a Revenue Cycle Management consultant during the sales cycle
    • Assists in evaluation prospective clients current state, potential fit and value for the Company
    • Actively participates in sales process in an advisory role
    • Builds strategic relationships with clients, assuring that they are fully leveraging all of GroupOne's capabilities, products and services
  • New Client Startups for Enterprise clients with 15 to 500 providers
    • Evaluates then recommends best practices to ensure outcomes that will meet client expectations
    • Works closely with sales team to understand client nuances and complexities
    • Works collaboratively with cross-functional US and off-shore teams to ensure proper EHR, workflow, process and reporting are set up to meet client specifications
    • Increases operation margins through best practice implementation
  • Internal RCM process
    • Consultant to RCM process changes
    • Collaborates with reporting analyst to develop reporting that meets both company and client needs including reporting best practices, standard and custom reporting packages
    • Assists with implementation of new products and services, enhancements to systems and operational changes in workflow
    • Handles the highest level RCM process escalations
  • Provides thought leadership to that will lead to improved cash flow, increased revenue, overall client satisfaction through engagement and referrals



  • Background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management, practice management  
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading teams and achieving high performance results
  • Ability to drive new client start up and implementation for Enterprise clients with 15 to 500 providers
  • Demonstrated ability in managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams, with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Practical work experience in
    • business development
    • client relations
    • strategic planning
    • large-scale implementation and support
    • medical billing revenue cycle and  accounts receivable management
    • financial reporting/analytics and
    • process improvement
  • Knowledge of third party billing and claims processing procedures
  • Ability to effectively speak corporate executive, physicians and their employees as well as all level of staff within the company
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering policies and procedures

  • eClinicalWorks EMR system experience preferred but EMR/EHR experience is mandatory
