Rapidly growing Medical Billing and Management Company is currently seeking a Billing Administrator in our Reading/Wyomissing office. A successful candidate will be able to manager the employees in the department as well manage the clients/account that they are assigned. Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience. 

Basic Function: 

To manage the employees in the department as well as the accounts for which you are responsible.  This includes, but is not limited to, interacting with the doctors and hospital staff.

Work Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain attendance, punctuality and payroll records for employees in your department.
  1. Identify and develop employee talent.
  1. Evaluate employee performance.
  1. Interact with hospital staff when necessary to gather or clarify information pertaining to that client.
  1. Oversee daily operations of the department with regards to workflow, productivity, etc.
  1. Monitor client performance and respond as necessary.
  1. Recognize and respect the confidential nature of the information processed.
  1. Perform other job related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education or related experience required to perform at an acceptable level.
  2. Must have experience and knowledge of the billing cycle (full-cycle billing)
  3. Minimum of 3 years experience in a management capacity.
