As an Accounting Assistant you process daily client accounting, maintain monthly client spreadsheets, perform weekly and monthly reconciliations, and reconcile client direct deposits. You work accounts receivables and payables and process payroll. You perform several administrative tasks including ordering and maintaining office supplies, obtaining quotes for facility maintenance, purchases, and projects, and coordinating travel and seminar registrations. You support the administration team by assisting with various tasks and projects.

Your attention to detail, time management, and analytical and Excel skills are essential to your success. You enjoy being a part of the Administration team!


  • Attention to detail, accurate, and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient keyboard and 10-key skills
  • Adaptability to learn new software systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a team
  • Ability to perform in a highly productive and confidential environment
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment
  • Associate degree in general business or accounting preferred; 2 to 5 years accounting or related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience; Great Plains experience preferred.

The department schedule is flexible working Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Part-time hours are also flexible with the desire to cover the afternoon hours.
