Rapidly growing medical billing company seeking a qualified individual to: manage the employees in an office(s) as well as the accounts assigned to this position. Interacting with physicians, hospital staff and support the Client Service Leader.
Evaluate employee performance. Interact with hospital staff when necessary to gather or clarify information pertaining to that client. Oversee daily operation of the department with regards to workflow, productivity, etc. Monitor client performance and respond as necessary. Prepare reports as required.
